External Picture in Deck Description?

Is this a subscriber only feature, or I am just not using the correct code? I've tried a few different coding methods but none have worked so far.

Could someone please explain for me how to post a picture in the deck description? Thanks!

On image hosting sits they have a html code for any image you upload, you can simply copy and paste that.
