No, they just put your deck in the Feature Queue for something like 16 hours.

What do you mean by that? Where are you trying to see it? The frontage or on your profile?

You need to deckcycle your deck in order to put it on the front page. It doesn't appear there automatically. When you deckcycle, the deck appears at the top of the front page listings and remains in that listing until enough other decks are cycled and push it out.

You view all your decks in your profile and deck tabs, not the front page. The front page is just for advertisement when you deckcycle or feature queue.
