Does anyone know how these tokens are obtained?

You purchase them at the following link: http://tappedout.net/extras/

Upgrading your account will also grant you three feature tokens, as well as a slew of other useful perks.

The website says commenting on "First Cycle" decks can award a feature token, but I saw a thread a while back about this, but out of dozens of members, collectively with hundreds of comments on First Cycle decks, not one could recall receiving a feature token this way. However, it's possible the rate is very low or there was a glitch.

iirc if you liked TappedOuts FB page then link your FB account to your T/O account it says it supposed to give you a feature token but I never received mine for doing so. Could be a site bug but you can try that as well

One way to get feature tokens is to fix a card or add a card that isn't in the card database. The best time to add cards to get feature tokens is when cards in a new set are officially spoiled. During spoilers for a new set cards are added to TappedOut by users days after there spoiled.

Adding a card doesn't automatically give you a feature token. If admins of this site pick your submission of the card to be added then you get a token, but if they don't you don't get one.

Another possible way to get feature tokens to have a top placing deck on the site. I believe if your deck places first or second in the top decks of the day then you get a feature token. I'm not entirely sure about this, but it makes sense that it would as a reward.

I've been commenting on First Cycle decks for 3 years now and I have never gotten a feature token from leaving a comment at one of these decks. Maybe I'm not lucky, but the sample size is too great to think there's not some kind of bug.
