Featured Cards

Sorry if I am posting in the wrong place or anything because I am not that familiar with the site forums.

I have questions about the featured card art that displays for a deck you have made.

  1. Can you display different printings of a card than the default one that comes up and if so how?

  2. I did not think this was possible but it appears to me that people can use art that is not an existing magic card for they featured card art and sometimes there are just some way better ideas than an established card. Am I seeing this right and if so how do you do that as well?

Once again sorry if this is being asked in the wrong spot or if it is answered somewhere else. I did not see a way to search thread titles.

Thanks for any information.

Do you have any examples for #2?

I don't know if the featured card field accepts printing information. You could try sticking a TLA on the end of the card name (in single brackets) and seeing what happens.

The "Featured Card" field does accept printing information (TLAs). Stick it on the end and you're good to go.

Some promo arts look like non-Magic card arts (and there are arts you've never seen). But you can only use art in the database.

In relation to my second question I may have just been stupidly confused by some unhinged art I saw.

back to me not knowing stuff, what is a TLA?

I am trying to use the promo sun titan, which in my opinion is the only one that looks like a titan like being instead of just a dude in armor

The TLA is the three-letter set code. However, the promo Sun Titan has not been added yet.
