Fix Card Feature

I don't know how long it has been up, but it looks like there is an editing feature on the site that allows you to change the card itself when viewing a single card. I'm just confused as to why it is there; what purpose it serves on the site.

The card database is populated by site users: you fill out a page, including links to the Gatherer entry, and submit to the site. It's possible there are errors in these original submissions, or the card has been reprinted, so the edit button on the card page can be handy for those who are aware of it.

Okay that makes sense. I just feel bad for all the admins who have to go through all the inevitable troll submits. Thanks.

Well its limited to upgraded users so there should be less troll submits to deal with. Plus I am pretty sure that the admins can see who submitted the card as before a card is change the admin must accept the change.

Fixed.

Yeah, the database is updated by volunteers. Unfortunately, people tend to make some pretty basic errors (misspellings, missing text/images) because they rush to upload new cards. Admins can just directly modify card data, but it's nice to have the fix system in place.

Can someone fix Healing Hands' CMC?

@Ratstail91, in the future when you find a problem like that, you're probably better off creating a new thread about it rather than necroing a somewhat related thread from a year and half ago; people will be more likely to see it that way.

Anyways, I've submitted a fix.
