Format Improvements, Deck Hub changes

Wanted to announce some changes and get some feedback.

Format changes

You may now choose your own format for decks (yay). If you have illegal cards, they will appear bottom right in your deck info. Also, any formats your deck is legal in will appear in the deck info table. Let me know if you run into any problems with this system. If you have illegal cards, the system will auto-flag your deck as 'prototype'.

I eliminated the 'category' field. Felt like it was redundant with a lot of pointless options.

Deck hub changes

The deck builder homepage has gone through an overhaul. Active hubs will now appear there. I'm open to ideas for feature for this page that will help you find things you're after--perhaps you want to pin your own custom set of hubs there? Suggestions welcome.

"Decks with under 60 cards must be flagged as draft or prototype"

Yet the draft option is no longer there.
