Instead of having HTML-based formatting, I think it might be cooler if we had WYSIWYG formatting, or at least a comment box with some tools to help format our posts and comments.
Just a thought!

Well, I was just wondering because the only HTML we really use when formatting here are the surrounding pound signs to make headings, Bold and Italic, linking and images.
There's tons more that could be implemented and with a standard forum WYSIWYG you can even sometimes upload your images directly to the site (or wherever it redirects the upload to) and instantly put them in your posts, resize them and whatever.
I've been on forums as long as I can remember, so maybe I'm just speaking out of bias for what's considered normal

I guess I like HTML formatting just because it lets me use HTML on a regular basis, but that's just me. Plus, it must be 10 times harder to implement an WYSIWYG system for yeaGO!.
