Frontpage Binder tab?

Just spit-balling an Idea I had. Would it be possible to list recently updated binders on the front page? Something along the lines of adding a tab to the deckcycle list Maybe? This could be another way of improving binder relevance.
Well, my idea for the tab would be that the only way to get your binder on the page would be to update it. Possibly have a check on each user so that it only puts them back at the top every 72 hours or so, regardless of how many times they update the binder.

I guess I was just trying to think of a better way to display binder updates that starting threads.

Perhaps not as a part of the deck list update, but finding binders without first going to the user's page could be kind of nice. I think maybe a tab at the top next to Forums would make for more convenient access to the binders. However, there exists a specific part of the Forums dedicated to Trades, so this might be just a bit greedy on the part of the active traders on the site.
