Getting specific lands in decks

Is it possible to get, say, Swamp #293 from Lorwyn into a deck, even if it isn't the default Swamp form that set.

If so, how?

Nope. Yeago hasn't implemented different artworks of the same card yet. I've thrown in suggestions in the past but there are no works for them.
