How can you view the number of turns in Playtest?

I mean, on the side it says turn 1, turn 2, turn 3 and so forth; How can I actually review what I did on turn 1?

You can zoom out a bunch and then squint real hard.

The reason why I was brought this up, was because on turn 11, you may not be able to see turn 2 :/
