How do I add an image in the description for my deck?

I've seen this in a few decks around here and was wondering how to do this. Is is like a premium members thing? (or do you just need knowledge of how html works?) If it is the latter, I was hoping for a step by step answer because I can be pretty slow with this stuff sometimes.

Pretty simply. Just paste this into your description and add wherever is necessary.

[IMAGE_DESCRIPTION_GOES_HERE] (IMAGE_URL_GOES_HERE) with no space.

At the top of the comment box, there are several buttons to insert often-used code in T/O syntax.

You can also use HTML:

<img src="IMAGE_URL">
