How do I change my deck's format?

I just made a deck and I can not for life of me find where to set what format it is! Right now it's set to "None". x.x Where do I change this?

You do not pick the format of your deck. Tapped Out chooses for you based on the most restrictive format your deck would be legal in.

Note that EDH decks have 100 cards, and therefore your general must be listed in the actual decklist as one of those cards.

That would be the problem. Thanks!

Er, I added my General but it's still set to "None". How long does it typically take?

Give it a while. Also, check to make sure none of the cards you've included are illegal in EDH. A list of banned cards can be found under "Deck Construction" here:

Thanks, I'm definitely not using any banned cards. I'm looking at other EDH decks on the site and none of them have their general listed in the actual decklist. Once the site recognizes that it's an EDH deck will it automatically remove the general from the main decklist?

No.

Okay, so am I NOT supposed to have my general in the main decklist then? Because none of the other EDH decks I see that are actually regonized as EDH decks on the site do not have their generals in the decks.

All the ones I know of do have their generals in their decklists...
