If you are upgraded then go into settings and scroll pretty close to the bottom and you should see it
If you're not upgraded I don't think you can change it

thats stupid i think non upgraded users should be able to do it. it was hard enough getting to the top 100 already.

As mentioned, Top 100 and Upgraded users. I don't think they will change it as the site has already had major glitches that have really screwed everything up.

This doesn't sound like a very good omelette though.

I used to be top 10 and really it isn't worth it to spend all the time needed to keep up a ranking.

I mean, maybe it'll get fixed and maybe it won't. Being in the Top 100 doesn't do anything other than enabling your title change if you're upgraded. Being active on the site by posting good card suggestions, posting decks, and generally helping create quality content will raise your rank. There might have been a major point reset recently but you'll get there if you keep participating. :) I was #45 before the reset and now I'm very low-ranked. Doesn't bother me a bit.

If you're in the top 100, change your title, and then you move out of the top 100, will it stay changed or does it revert back to the default?

You have to be an upgraded user and in the top 100 last I checked
