Like he said, It's all HTML formatting. Honestly, it's a real pain to learn but one you do you can do a bunch of cool stuff. Just takes an hour or two of searching the internet and learning yourself a thing and you'll be set.

HTML stuff...yeah have fun. I'd go over the basics, how to do links, Images, etc. By no means would i recommend going over ALL or even a fourth of that, though.

There's a link at the bottom of the page to a markdown syntax guide.

the most basic way is to start on a image hosting site like imgur.com
make an account and find pics you want to upload on here, then when they are in your imgur page you can get an imbed link for the image from imgur.com which you can copy/paste right into the deck description area of your profile page click the far right icon at the top right, click settings, then copy/paste the image into the page description box. once you get a few images on there you can experiment with how they are placed one after another, side by side, etc. it will take some time to get the hang of it though it is worth it.
I've done some formatting for my decks and profile page as well as other users pages;

That's not an upgrade feature. That's basic HTML.
Images need to be embedded using HTML. If you want to embed something from your own computer, you need to put it on an image hosting site first. Same for deck descriptions.
