I was playing around with the customize username thing, but i think that only works for my profile but not when my name is referenced like this VinylScratch. I looked it up on other things, but im still kinda confused. (it really doesn't help that im colorblind) What im trying to do is make my name fade from red to blue, but with a white glow in the background so the blue isnt to dark with the background.

Is there a way that I can do that without doing each individual character.

The system may take a little while to update your name.

"color:#ff0000;text-shadow:0px 0px 22px #888888".
the colour helps with density, in the text-shadow portion the 1st two spots are location of shadow, the last one is the size of the shadow.

the 6 digit code is a colour code they work in pairs 1st two, next two, last two.

the numbers range from 00 to ff. each single number is 0-9 then a-f....
0123456789abcdef. for a total of 16 for each digit. combine the two together and you have 255 combinations. 00 being black ff (first 2 numbers) is red.

good luck.
