How do I make custom categories?

I found the custom category under the default category scroll, but how do I make the categories?
What he said. Also a card can have multiple tags:

After the card name, type a pound sign (#) followed by your desired custom category. Use an underscore (_) for a space. Some examples:
1x Wheel of Fortune #Wheel
1x Palinchron #Win_Condition
