How do I vouch?

I am recently upgraded and would like to vouch for the people I have made successful trades with, I just can't seem to find how to do it.

So do you think it will change in time? Cuz on Epochalyptik's binder it shows as orange and green, and it is orange and green on my page, but everywhere I post it is just blue.

Yep, "Liquid" is green and "Kid" is orange.
