How do make a Trade Binder using Android phone?

Can anyone give me a hand!? I'm admittedly computer illiterate and don't own a pc. I do everything using my Galaxy Note2 but I'm having trouble making my binder. I did manage to upload 1 card to it but can't seem to change the quantity, make it foil or add any more cards. I went to my profile to tinker with it again and now I can't even find my binder...

Click on the folder icon at the top of the screen.

In the drop-down that happens, click binder.

Click edit.

There is also a waiting period for new users before you can trade, so that might be the problem, but I can't recall how long it is.

I think epoch and Co. said it's 45 days.
