How do you change text colors in the website?

I was wondering how this site uses html or css to change text colors. If any of you could tell me I think my decks would look better.Also sizes and font would help too. :)

Standard HTML tags work for regular text. There is a link in the formatting tips.

I don't know if deck names can be changed this way, but you have to be an upgraded user to change your username's colors.
