How do you denote promos and that ilk?

Referring to either binder pages or decks. For example, Dismember is obviously Dismember. Dismember F is the foil version. Is there a way to specify that it's the promo version? Be it FNM, some sort of media promo, or a player rewards card?

I believe someone is working on adding the promo cards into a set, so it would be the same as specifying a set.

I just don't know the set tag.

To denote the printing of any card, you must put the TLA code of the set that that card's printing appears in surrounded by one set of square brackets after the card's name separated by a space. There is no TLA for promos, so we just collect them all into one single set called "promo" with the TLA being 000. In other words, the style of which you were to do this looks like this:

1x Nahiri, the Lithomancer [000]

And it will pop up as the promo version, if there is one existing/uploaded to our database.

If there isn't a promo uploaded to our database of a card that you desire to have, just contact Duck_of_doom and he'll do it for you.

vampirelazarus and Femme_Fatale, thanks. That's exactly what I was looking for.
