How do you make/post a deck on here?

You may use the Deck Builder link at the top of the page and then click Add MTG Deck to create your deck online. After you save your finished deck, if you haven't marked it as private you can click the Deckcycle link on the deck's page to have it appear for a short while on the main page.

Also, for future reference you may use the forums link at the top of the page to select an appropriate forum for general and site questions. The Q&A forums are dedicated to rules questions.

Go to the Deck Builder tab in the header and click "add deck."
