How do you post images in comments/threads?

I've seen some people post memes about MTG or altered cards in threads but I haven't been able to find out how. I imagine it's pretty simply but dragging images into the text box hasn't been working.
Don't forget to wrap the url in quotes. Here is an example you can copy/paste for reference:

Which produces this:

Oh and a follow up question on images, say you have an image on your desktop, if there a way to get move it to a Tappedout comment?

Imgur.com has a handy little thing that has "HTML Image (websites / blogs)". Just copy paste that and it takes the brain out of it.

Not that I know of. You could probably pull some wizardry, but I generally advise against tinkering too heavily with HTML on this site.
Also, you can ask your question in a new thread next time.

So, does anyone have an explanation why the images work some of the times but not others? For instance on a deck description that I have, I have 4 image links, only 2 of which show up. And before you ask, I triple checked that they were done right

here are all the users that I know of that have community created cards. If anyone wants to like, find some people with user created cards that isn't on this list that would be nice :D
Also, this list was made a while ago, so the cards may have disappeared. I'll have to find the player of the month awards and the other contest that was running again.

@ corythackston: It's possible that the image's host has disabled image hotlinking. I would recommend re-uploading the images to a host like imgur.com and try again.

I actually re-worked the code quite a lot. I've removed a lot of the useless junk that the old code uses and made it so that I can use bullets as well.
Basic cores of the New code and old code, new code has the div indent and bullet image list codes full though:
