How do you write a persons account name and make it a link?

In example, if I wanted to comment my friends name and other people can click on it to see his decks and ask for advice.

are the [ 000] promo set cards ever going to be populated with illustrations?
for example, i'd like to format my cube with all of its pimpness, but some of the cards like Black Sun's Zenith and Dimir Charm are full art gameday foils or FNM foils and whenever i use the [ 000 ] designation the image comes up blank.
is it possible to start uploading those images, or are they already there and i'm doing something wrong?

i draft my cube on t/o probably more often than in real life, and it would be awesome to have them match artwork, that's why i ask.

Upgraded users (like me when I have more time) can add cards to sets.

i'm just a freeloader :) but i think full art cards and fnm foils and the like would be a welcome addition to the site. i'm sure pother cubers, people trying to have accurate trade binders, and anyone who likes to pimp their decks would agree.
is there a good forum for submitting cards to be entered? i'm working on a list of at least the cards i'd like to see for my cube. it would probably take some time investment to do the initial upload, but once the backlog is done it would be a matter of a monthly fnm foil, quarterly GP and pre/release/gameday cards, and the occasional judge foil. i know recently the community did something similar tracking down all of the token art and producers, i would think this would be similar.

It's already happening, shuflw. There is a Promo Set in the works and some cards are already added. We're trying, and if you upgrade, you can help too.I didn't post as a pitch for upgrading, so I'm not going to have it seem that way.

The number of questions here about how to use TappedOut makes me think that maybe Q&A for how to use TappedOut is a feature that users want.
