How does the score system work on Tapped Out?

I recently looked at a deck that I posted for feedback, and noticed that My score was 1...What does this mean?

PS I am new to this site

It represents how many people have upvoted your deck.

it represents how many goats people have sacrificed to get your deck noticed.

But seriously, it's how many people liked your deck enough to upvote it.

Look to the left. There is a button named "upvote". That is your score. Basically it is an average of how much the community likes your deck. Examples:

An unliked deck

Excavator's Tale Playtest

Modern Femme_Fatale

SCORE: 17 | 8 COMMENTS | 2349 VIEWS

A well loved deck

Kor Legions Playtest

Modern* Femme_Fatale

SCORE: 252 | 17 COMMENTS | 27971 VIEWS

It is also important to note that you should look at when the deck was created, and how many views it has when determining average community enjoyment of your deck. Example, if kor legions had 40k views instead of 27k views, it would be a lot less ... impressive is the word that comes to mind.

So then:

The Rogue Shard of Tarkir Playtest

Standard* TheHroth

SCORE: 177 | 2 COMMENTS | 9986 VIEWS

must be a well loved deck, with less than 10k views and 177 upvotes.

Yep, but you must not forget about the format multipliers. Standard decks get a pretty high view multiplier and a low score multiplier, whereas other formats get the exact opposite. Reason being is because the community has a bias towards standard decks.

Format multipliers? Not sure I get that...

Standard decks get a lower vote:view ratio?

January 20, 2015 4:10 p.m.

VampireArmy says... #11

It's the other way around. I'd say standard = more votes

January 20, 2015 4:11 p.m.

mpeach1 says... #12

Im not sure, I could see it being either way

January 20, 2015 5:16 p.m.

UrbanAnathema says... #13

Standard = more views generally so the votes would be worth less.

Another well loved deck...

The Source Wall Playtest

With that said...

Also you have a "Tappedout Rank" that measures how much your have posted and given good card suggestions etc.

We have a lot of point systems for our own amusement.

Don't forget deck rank, which represents your deck's total upvotes and comments on a 10 day scale.
