I'm on here several times a day, but I don't comment an awful lot and I don't deckcycle all that often. I'm ranked #54 and I've been around that rank for several months.
Build some decks, participate in the community, trade, play in the DDD - these will all help your rank if that's something you care about. I think if you genuinely appreciate the site and enjoy it you'll rank up automatically just by doing things you normally do.

I wonder just how active you have to be to be in the top 15. Really fricking active I guess. Can't even imagine top 10 status.
