How To Add Sections In Forum Posts or Deck Descriptions

So, I understand that the site uses HTML for all of it's formatting, but I have not been able to find a tutorial for the pop-down displays, like are seen on the custom commander tournament page.

Mj3913, those should be used with equal signs, not hyphens.

Oops. Been awhile since I actually typed it out. I have it on notepad and just copy/paste half the time.
