How to add Update bar to decks?

I've seen some decks that have an update changelog. They shuffle all comments into it, and have a little blurb so you can see updates.

How do you add those to a deck?

Bellow the body of text for your deck list and description, on the lefthand side of the page you should see a green button with white text that says "Add." Click that and you'll be taken to a page to write an update for your deck, and all comments/discussion linked to your deck prior to that update will be archived.

Correction, I said lefthand side, it's on the right... sorry about that.

Also it's below the description, but above the comments section.
