How to change your email?

I originally signed up for this site with facebook, thinking that I could add my email later. So far I have not been able to find how to change or add one. Could someone point to this for me please?

I'm in a similar situation. I switched internet providers and I'm trying to update my account with the new e-mail. There doesn't seem to be an option for it under Settings, or on my profile page.

Hopefully yeaGO find this.
