How to get dropdown text

I would like the code for making the buttons that when clicked reveal text. For example a button that says creatures and when clicked talks about the creature choices.

Yeah. I remember needing to go through a comment tutorial. Maybe we could feature that site more prominently in there? yeaGO?

The comment tutorial actually doesn't teach anything useful, considering just how many people still ask questions about how to do things that are covered in the tutorial. My daughter also had no idea how to make a post right after doing that tutorial when she visited this site.
