How to make drop down spoilers

I saw someone use a drop down spoiler in their deck descriptions a while ago and I felt that this would be very useful for my own decks as it would lower clutter and allow people to find the information they are looking for more quickly. I looked around the web for how to make these in markdown but I couldn't find a way to make them open and close, only be visible or not visible whether or not I am hovering over them.

If someone has a solution, I would be quite happy.
