I reset my password and now all my decks are gone?

I just changed my password and now I can't seem to access my decks, they don't show up when i open the deck folder.

EDIT: In fact looking at my profile it seems like its restored decks I deleted years ago???

I had an old one I haven't used in a long time, does that have something to do with this?
