Image Formatting, Please Help

I had a background image for every one of my decks, but the other day they were all removed and placed in the description area as if they were just general inserted images. I tried reinserting the URL image coding but to no avail. Anyone know what may have happened?

There was a big change to formatting I believe and certain functions were disabled. I think.

Just as well, altered coding for decks are really irritating. Keep it to user profiles.
