Inventory questions

Just wondering if anyone else has the issue of their inventory updating. I have 40 decks and I've noticed some decks don't show up. Is there a way to update my database? Also, some decks are showing cards that are still in the decks from the inventory page that I've removed. When I go to the deck itself it shows the proper list. Might be out of my control but thought I'd ask. Almost 100% positive I've clicked on shows in inventory as I've gone through and double checked. Even went through and unclicked saved then went back in to re click the check box. Thank you for anyone taking the time to answer.
