Is my deck not modern legal?

After finishing my modern deck, there was a little * next to the modern describing the deck does this mean it's not legal? I swear every card in there is! http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/how-many-ways-can-i-win/?cat=set&sort=rarityhere is a the list maybe someone could see whats wrong?

Usually when there is an asterisk next to a newly added deck it means prototype. You can remove it under settings. But yes, Dig Through Time is banned.
