Is the find decks feature broken?

I just did a mass update to my inventory. Halfway through I decided to check the find decks feature, and it worked fine. After finishing my inventory, I decided to use it again, except now no decks show up at all. I'm wondering if this feature is temporary unavailable or if this is a known issue?
