Is there a guideline/FAQ about the different deck hubs/categories?

Howdy y'all. New to the site (after lurking for a while), and I was wondering if there was any sort of list/post that explains the different deck hubs/categories? Is there an actual guideline, or is it more based on your individual judgment?
Say that I have Commander deck marked as "Budget": what sort of value limit does that imply? 100 USD? 200 USD? 50 USD?
Or what, for example, is the difference between "Control" "Pillow Fort" and "Cruel Control"? What defines a deck as "competitive" rather than "casual"?
I figured it would be better to ask, rather than mislabeling/misleading people about my deck.
Thanks in advance for any help :D
I'd say it depends on the format. A "budget" Standard deck could range from $10 to $50. A "budget" Modern deck could range from $30 to $100. A "budget" Commander deck could range from $50 to $150. A "budget" Legacy deck could range from $200 to $500. Just make sure you're not way off the mark and you'll be fine.

I consider $50-$65 budget for most formats, and $100 budget for Commander and Modern. Thats what I set as the budget cap for The Cheap Deck Club.

"Budget" is typically the hub that gets flagged the most. As fot he actual price range - ther isn't one. Because setting a hard limit of say $50 means that a deck that costs $51 is not budget.
It also comes down to what the user considers budget. I personally would call a $100 to $150 deck budget whereas some users would consuider $10 to $20 to be budget. It's a matter of perspective really.
