Issue saving deck changes

For the past couple months I've been having trouble making changes to my EDH decks. Everytime after I edit the mainboard/sideboard list and try to save, I get the "You have encountered a site error and Ornithopters have been deployed........" message. How can I fix it?

Seems like it happens to all my decks as well as any new one I try to make. I did notice that 2 of the decks somehow did get updated a while back even though I got the error message.

For example:Maelstrom

I tried creating a new deck and updating the deck on a new account and it works fine. However it still doesn't work on this account.
