Issues with adding cards?

Has anyone else been having issues using the Advanced Card Search to add cards to a deck? I can search for a card fine, but the second I hit "Add to deck" my deck list disappears and nothing gets added.

Additionally, some of my decks seem to be missing cards entirely now. I can't tell if this is an issue with my web browser (I'm using Firefox, IE seems to do the same thing) or the site itself.

List the decks and which cards are missing. And the advanced card search should only really be used to spell check a card. Though you can easily just use gatherer for it.
