Issues with adding lists and decks to inventory.

A couple of days ago, I tried adding a deck to my inventory. The first time, it generated a 404-like error, so I tried again... I ended up with double the number of cards I wanted to add. I fixed my inventory.

Today, after buying 10 Kaladesh boosters, I tried adding them to my inventory as a list. Three times I tried. Each time, the site would tell me that the add was successful. Three times it lied. My inventory never changed. So I copied the "bulk edit" part of the list and pasted it into the "full edit" part of the inventory and edited as needed.

I am using Firefox on Windows 10.
