If you click on the folder icon in the upper right corner, you will get a list of your decks and links to various places. One of those is an inventory which can be used to record cards. However, if you are going to be adding many cards (more than 500) I'd recommend making a bunch of private decks and splitting it up with those. The inventory page tends to break down if too many cards are added to it.
