Leaderboards
TappedOut forum

As I've become more involved in the site and my T/O rank has gone up, I've often wondered who was above me, who I just passed, etc. etc.
I think it would be interesting if there was a way to see user standings. Naturally this seems like it could inspire ill-will, but a little friendly competition never hurt anyone. Besides, there's a tops page for decks, why not users?
Anyway, just throwing ideas.
I know, I just mean a page with the top 100 or whatever, y'know?

That could be fun. It could also be toxic; I guess it just depends on the strength and good nature of the community.

Personally, I don't want competition for T/O Rank. I am curious to see who is where, but there should be no rewards for being high on the leaderboard. Like, the last thing we need is people commenting on everything just to rank up, rather than be helpful. I'm trying to get into the top 100 so I can change my title, but being active and not a nuisance is a fine line.

Right, that's what I'm going for. I think the people on here are nice enough that it won't be an issue.

A pseudo-leaderboard exists here.
I'm pretty sure nobody is going to contest first place.
The community here is actually pretty good. We have few problems, and I doubt people would get competitive about T/O rank when it doesn't even do anything for you (besides the customizable titles). Having a low rank doesn't hinder site usability for you.

Dang, I'm 44 right now, how'd I get so high lol
I'd be okay with a rankings list, I think the worst that could happen would be some people would get competitive and either spam on the forums or annoy others by saying things like "I've passed you" or "I'm more active on the site than you".

In which case we delete their posts and reset their comment tutorial.

You can see on people's pages on the sidebar. It's in the row titled "T/O Rank."
