links/buttons not working

There is a hidden bar at the bottom of the page to hold banner adds that isn't allowing links/buttons to be clickable, for most items this just means I have to scroll a bit to use the link/button. But for the bottom of the screen links, probably most importantly the Terms of Service link, this makes them inaccessible.

I see it too and it's called in CSS #sticky-ad-footer.sticky-ad-footer if you want to block it from showing until it's fixed.
