Modern card legality?

So! My first post about my first deck prototype! Just a question about legality though. I included a card from khans, Ainok Bond-Kin, and the program is telling me that it isn't legal in modern format, despite WotC stating otherwise. Does this happen to anyone else, or am I doing something terribly wrong?

Ah okay. I didn't know about the errors, or if there was something that I was missing, so I just wanted to be sure. Thanks for the quick response!

A new banlist hasn't come out yet so all of the cards from KTK are still legal, it looks like several of the cards were accidentally not fully registered on the site, and don't show legality or illegality in any of the eternal formats. (I have been having the error with Sorin, Solemn Visitor)

The TappedOut system has been known to display errors regarding card legality. This site is not an authority on card legality. Always go by what WotC (or the RC, in the case of EDH) says.
