Monthly vs $5

I wanted to know if I get all of the perks that the one time $5 donation gets if I sign up to donate $3 monthly? Or, do I need to do both? (Pay the $5 once and then the $3 per month)

the $3 monthly option doesn't really have many perks, its just a way for people to support the site.

the one time $5 has the most perks. =). the $3/mo has some, like an extra deck-cycle per day using the app and ninja comment protection.
