MTG Q&A renaming suggestion

Hello TappedOut crew. Thanks for the great job you're doing!

Recently, I've seen numerous requests for deck building help posted in the MTG Q&A section by people who misinterpreted its purpose. Therefore, I belive that renaming it to, let's say, "MTG Rules Q&A" (just Rules Q&A could be seen as Website Rules) would help avoid these mistakes. Of course, it's not a big problem and you most likely have more pressing matters, but still, I think such change could be considered.
