I have a problem when editing my decks on the site it won't let me unselect the 'prototype' box. If there is any way to fix this please let me know.

I think that the new dominaria cards are not registering as legal, is that why they are saying that they are prototypes?

I'm not sure if they're all in, but most are.
It should say under the pie chart and mana curve, in the area labeled 'Legality' (e.g. "This deck is Standard legal" or "~ is not Standard legal"). That's also where we can see how many Cards T/O thinks we have in the deck.
If it is a card that's messed up, you can mark 'Skip validation' in the deck editor; that won't fx it but it should mask the symptom :-)
Then please let the mods know about the borked card on this thread.

AkrosTheClear,
Not sure ... do you have the right number of cards for the format and are all the cards legal for the format? Those are the two most common reasons when that happens to me.
