My url slug doesn't match

I created a new deck and didn't like the name I had made. After I saved, I went immediately back in and changed it. Now, my deck slug isn't right.

Any idea what's wrong?

In the list of checkboxes on the Edit page, there's one called "Reset slug". Check that box before saving.
