Name Font, not working as I intended

TappedOut forum

New computer, thought that "Copperplate Gothic" was already a valid font for username customization, I've seen it around, it is not. So do fonts need to be uploaded to tappedout to work properly, is there a pack from tappedout that I need to download for fonts, or do I just need to download Copperplate Gothic on my PC?

No. You need to use complex coding which requires uploading the free noncommercial use font file, generating the proper coding from font squirrel to be viewed on most platforms, upload them all to a third party hosting and sharing site like dropbox, and then code them into your name using coding tricks and proper understanding.

My username tutorial will help with some of that. I stopped writing it because I got irritated about people trying to code on this site.

OK. I just needed to make sure I had the correct information.
Yea, I can understand it being irritating to teach people how to do something when you're not sure what exactly they are and aren't comprehending.

I uploaded the a similar font I can use to a source, I'll see about researching next time I get the chance to do it all properly.

Here's the tutorial. I got to Font Squirrel before I just abandoned the tutorial altogether.
