Need help with trade binder

Had my profile for over a year and cant have a trade binder. Under my profile the button for the trade binder does not exist. Help?

Is there an option in your inventory (the folder in the header bar)?

Nope. There is nothing that mentions a binder anywhere.

Try using the contact form at the bottom of the page. One of us should be able to resolve the issue for you.
