I would like to add my deck to a more appropriate hub but there weren't any listed for Copying/Cloning.

Isn't Aikido for redirecting effects and political stuff?

Aikido is the art of using your opponents' stuff against them, so it normally involves stealing, coupled with things like copying/cloning.
To be more specific, if I'm not mistaken, if you're copying your opponents' stuff, then it would fall under Aikido.
If you're copying your own stuff, then it's a token deck, so use the "tokens" hub.
It's hard to find stuff on the Aikido archetype, but this is the impression I have gotten thus far.

I feel like there's a significant difference between typical token strategies which are aggro and those that rely on copying specific creatures for their abilities which are more often combo decks.

I believe that falls under Aikido, not sure.
